I recently bought a cream siphon to make whipped cream and experiment with foams and infusions. In particular, I’m using the Maku gräddsifon, but I’m a bit confused about the best way to use it, especially when it comes to cleaning, gas cartridge usage, and achieving the right consistency.
Should I chill the siphon before use? How many chargers do I need for different volumes? Any tips or common mistakes to avoid? I’d love advice from anyone experienced with cream siphons. Looking forward to your tips and recipes.
